All machining is carried out in-house including crank shaft grinding, con-rod resizing, engine balancing, cylinder heads, line boring blocks, pin boring and much more. Bells Engines insist on cutting edge technology when it comes to machinery and were the first to take delivery of the Rottler F79A CNC Programmable Boring/Surfacing and Line Boring Machine in Western Australia. We continue to advance technologically in the field of Diesel Engine Remanufacturing, Machining and Engine Parts supply in Australia. Also, Our huge Rottler EM105H Traveling Column Boring, Surfacing & Line Boring Machine is designed for machining large engines used in the earthmoving, mining, oil & gas, power & marine industries. This Rottler machines up to  V20 Engine blocks such as the Caterpillar 3520, C175 v20, MTU 4000 V20, Cummins QSK78, Waukesha 9390, etc.

Bells have also taken delivery of the renowned Rottler H85AX, a CNC Automatic Vertical Honing Machine with Hole-to-Hole Automation.
